My favorite way to investigate injectors is to pull the plenum, and pull the fuel rails, but reconnect them with the plenum off. Just put a little plastic bin or something on top of the motor to catch the fuel, pull the CAS and rotate it by hand with the key on. You will be able to physically see exactly whats going on whether it be electrical, mechanical, or o-ring failure - An ultimately simple solution if you will be pulling the plenum anyways. If your plenum is already Dremeled, you could always throw them into a spare rail if you have one. This would also be a good opportunity for you to do any and all plenum deletes to make future work easier. I can get my plenum off in about 15 minutes if I work quickly.
